School Camps

At HIS all students from Grade 4 to Grade 12 are provided the opportunity to join our School Camps.

Our school camps are designed to provide our students with experiences to learn outside the classroom while learning fundamental skills around communication, decision-making, problem-solving, resilience, team building, and leadership.

The HIS Camps are organized by the Learning Project Asia (www.thelearningproject.asia) who provide unique opportunities to inspire and motivate young people to increase their environmental and cultural awareness through hands-on activities.  Their professional team specializes in delivering safe, exciting activities where curiosity and inquiry are at the centre of the learning journey.

The Learning Project Asia coordinates with the local communities and partners to ensure the accommodation, food, transportation and activities are safe, clean, and enjoyable. They also provide experienced tour guides to lead the camps who are CPR and First-Aid trained with the support of the accompanying HIS staff.

The cost of HIS camps is included in the tuition fees and it is an expectation that all students attend.
